**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team as a Registered Nurse (RN)!**
Job Description:
- Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level in a fast-paced, rewarding environment?
- As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you’ll hold shift accountability for the care of ER patients, utilizing the Nursing Process aligned with state regulations and hospital protocols.
- Demonstrate your critical thinking skills and scientific judgement while anticipating and planning for the safe delivery of patient care.
- Showcase your leadership abilities by managing patient care priorities and guiding your team effectively.
- Maintain your clinical competencies with ongoing education and professional development.
- Enjoy the excitement of working in a 38-bed Emergency Department that is Trauma Level III Certified and participates in Stroke and STEMI Receiving programs.
**Position Highlights:**
- Shift: Days, 7AM - 7:30PM (3x12s)
- Requested Start: Within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
- Charge Nurse Experience Preferred (additional $3/hr.)
- Must be willing to float between departments
- Required Years of Experience: 2 years
- EMR Experience: Cerner (required)
- Scrub Colors/Dress Code: Black
**Preferred Skills:**
- NIH Certification: Recommended but not required
