**Exciting Opportunity for a Travel MS/Telemetry RN!**
**Job Description:**
- Position: Travel MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN)
- Start: ASAP - within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
- Schedule: 3/12's with 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week cycle
- Float Pool: Must be willing to float between departments and facilities
- Required:
- Arizona nursing license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- Patient Ratio: 6:1
- Scrub Color: Any Color
- EMR: Cerner experience required
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional care to patients, utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to ensure safe delivery of care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuous education and training.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on the experience and education of the staff.
- Offer direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
