**Exciting Travel Nursing Opportunity: MS/Telemetry RN!**
- **Position:** Travel: MS/Telemetry RN
- **Start:** ASAP - Within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
- **Duration:** 13 weeks
- **Shift:** Day Shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (3/12's)
- **Weekend Requirement:** Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
- **Float Pool Position:**
- Must be willing to float between departments and multiple facilities
- Experience diverse clinical environments while providing high-quality care
- **Requirements:**
- Active AZ Nursing License
- Current BLS & ACLS Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Patient Ratio: 6:1
- Scrub Color: Any color
- Required EMR Experience: Cerner
- **Role Overview:**
- Hold accountability for patient care using the Nursing Process
- Adhere to state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies/procedures
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership
- Plan for safe delivery of care anticipating patient needs
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff qualifications
- Provide direction and supervision to personnel delivering patient care
