Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend requirement
• Every third holiday requirement
• Patient ratio of 1:4-5
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, nephrology, stroke, diabetes, and continuous EEG monitoring conditions
• Required to titrate drips including Cardizem, beta-blockers, and seizure medications
• Float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab as needed
• No call or standby requirements
• First week onboarding followed by 1-2 days floor orientation
• Must pass open book skills exam with 90% or higher during orientation
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Must be located more than 50 miles from facility
• Cannot be employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facilities
• Artificial nails prohibited - refusal to remove leads to contract termination
• Driver's license required at submittal
• RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract)
• Epic charting system
• BSN not required
• Fast-paced environment requiring positive attitude, communication skills, and critical thinking

This acute care facility features a 35-bed Progressive Care Unit providing specialized care for patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and treatment. The facility operates as a Level 2 trauma center and maintains modern technology including continuous EEG monitoring capabilities.
