Opportunity:
RN - Emergency Room
Job Details:
• Work 12+ hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• Provide care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in planning safe patient care delivery
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience levels
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Must have 2 years recent ICU experience in a hospital setting
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (must be through American Heart Association)
• Oklahoma RN license required
• Facility uses paper charting system
• Must anticipate and plan for safe delivery of care in Emergency Department setting
