Job Details:
• Serve as part of the leadership team providing on-site nursing supervision during assigned shifts
• Perform delegated administrative functions and implement current standards of nursing care
• Interpret hospital policy to employees, patients, families, physicians, and various stakeholders
• Incorporate leadership and communication skills with conflict resolution and time management
• Utilize organizational techniques, delegation, mentorship, education, and role modeling
• Function as an effective change agent to accomplish day-to-day objectives
• Ensure accountability for patient safety and care while leading unit staff
• Hold staff members accountable to provide safe and appropriate care
• Enable colleagues through teamwork, encouragement, and empowerment
• Model professionalism and dedication while setting examples for others
• Washington State RN License required
• Previous experience in Med/Surg, Emergency room, and Charge positions required
• Quick start position available
