Opportunity:
RN - Stepdown (HVTI)
Job Details:
• Work 3x12 hour shifts with day/night rotating schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Shifts may be variable if needed to meet operational needs of the hospital
• Work in HVTI-Stepdown unit with potential to float to units J1-2, J33 and ED for same patient population
• Must work at least every other holiday
• 18 months combined permanent experience in stepdown specialty required
• 18 months of recent stepdown experience required (travel experience accepted)
• PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required
• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores
• Maximum 2 attempts to pass assessments or assignment will be canceled
• Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules via Silkroad
• Two manager/supervisor references from past 12 months required
