**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department - Nights!**
- Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking to make a real impact in an Emergency Department?
- We invite you to bring your clinical skills and critical thinking to a dynamic team providing exceptional care to patients in urgent need.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide top-notch care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process.
- Utilize critical thinking and scientific judgment in anticipating and planning patient care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Offer direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
**Shift Details:**
- Nights: 7 PM - 7:30 AM (3x12s)
- Will consider a 48-hour guarantee.
- Start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with Cerner EMR is required.
- Charge Nurse experience is preferred (additional $3/hour).
- Must be willing to float between units.
- Trauma Level III certification and stroke receiving capabilities.
- NIH certification is recommended but not required.
- Dress code: Black scrubs.
