**Join Our Team as an Emergency Department RN – Nights!**
- Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients during their most critical moments?
- We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Emergency Department team on the night shift.
- This is your chance to showcase your clinical skills and critical thinking abilities as you provide exceptional care to Emergency Room patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Hold shift accountability for delivering high-quality patient care.
- Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to ensure safe delivery of care.
- Plan and anticipate patient care needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff experience and education.
- Provide direction and supervision to personnel delivering patient care.
**Position Details:**
- Shift: Nights, 7 PM - 7:30 AM (4x12s)
- Guaranteed hours: 48 hours per week
- Total number of beds: 38
- Years of Experience Required: 2 years
- EMR: Cerner (Experience Required)
- Scrub Colors / Dress Code: Black
- Trauma Level: III Certified
- Stroke Receiving Facility
- STEMI Receiving Facility
- NIH Certification: Recommended but not required
