● About Facility: o Home Health – 901 N. 2nd St., Albemarle, NC 28001 o Radius rule: Traveler’s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit ● Department Information: o Teammates are required to complete 6 visits a day (routine visits, discharge, ROC, recert, reassessment) o Minimum Years of Experience required? 1 year Home Health experience o Will you accept a first-time traveler?
