**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team as a Registered Nurse (RN)!**
- Are you ready for an exhilarating opportunity in the fast-paced world of emergency medicine?
- We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Night Shift team!
- Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care for Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process.
- You will demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in ensuring the safe delivery of patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Hold shift accountability for patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
**Position Details:**
- Shift: NIGHTS, 7PM - 7:30AM (3x12s) **Will Consider 48-hr. Guarantee**
- Required start: Within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
- Charge Nurse experience preferred for an additional $3/hour
- Must be willing to float to other areas when necessary
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
- Experience with Cerner EMR is highly preferred
- Trauma Level III and Stroke Receiving certification
- STEMI Receiving certification preferred, NIH certification recommended
