Opportunity:
Med/Surg Tele RN
Job Details:
• Work night shifts with 36 or 48 hour weekly options (must declare preference in submission)
• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry permanent experience required
• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (must be active with nothing pending)
• Must work at least every other holiday
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores required
• Maximum 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled
• Two references from manager, ANM, supervisor, or director required from past 12 months
• Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules (4 hours billable)
• PBDS Assessment waived
• Must complete BCI/FBI prints within 48 hours of signing contract
• Drug screen required within 12 months of start and updated annually
• Contract extensions available for up to 18 months with 6-month break requirement thereafter
