Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience required (4-5 years preferred)
• Travel experience required
• Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex equipment
• Heart experience highly preferred and given priority
• Floating required to all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)
• Navy scrubs required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Required certifications: Current AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Active NY nursing license required with NURSYS verification
• Work in 42-bed ICU with three specialized units: Neuro/Med (22 beds), CTICU (6 beds), and Surg/Trauma (14 beds)
• Care for patients with diagnoses including strokes, sepsis, cardiogenic shock, trauma, and post-operative cases
• Operate specialty equipment including IABP, CRRT, ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, and TTM (Arctic Sun)
• Block scheduling never promised or guaranteed
