Job Details:
• Work night shifts, 3 x 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Multiple schedule options available: 4x12s, 3x12s, or 2x12s
• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Must have 18 months permanent MS/Tele experience
• Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required in hand at time of submission
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required and must be active
• Must be willing to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation
• Two attempts maximum to pass required assessments or contract will be canceled
• Two references from manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in specialty required
• References must be from assignments worked in past 12 months
• Average 6-15 hours of pre-start modules required
• 4 hours of modules are billable, additional time is non-billable
• BCI/FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
• Negative 10 panel drug screen required within 12 months of start
• No license hits accepted by facility
