📌 **Required Qualifications**

* Active **Registered Nurse (RN) license (GA or Compact)**
* Minimum **1 year of ICU/critical care experience**
* Current **BLS certification**
* Current **ACLS certification**
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
