Cardiac Stepdown
Job Details:
• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing professional/clinical knowledge and skills in patient care
• Day shift with 1:4-5 patient ratio, night shift with 1:5-6 patient ratio
• Every other weekend schedule required
• 16 hours guaranteed per week (NBO)
• Work with EPIC electronic medical record system
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• 2 years of previous Cardiac Stepdown experience required
• First time travelers accepted
• Must have EPIC experience required
• 24 months of current Stepdown/Progressive Care experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
• Active Illinois license required at time of submission
• Skills checklist specific to Stepdown/Progressive Care required
• Professional reference from charge/supervisor/nurse manager within 24 months preferred
• Driver's license required
