Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) for an assignment at our busy outpatient cardiology practice in Portsmouth, NH. This role is ideal for a clinician who excels in outpatient care navigation and clinical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Triage: Perform effective phone triage for cardiology patients.
- In-Person Care: Conduct in-person nurse visits specifically tailored for patients post-cardiac device implantation.
- Diagnostic Support: Complete EKGs, room patients, and assist with general clinical workflow.
- Care Coordination: Manage medications, facilitate prescription refills, and assist patients with care navigation.
Position Requirements
- Experience: Strong background in outpatient services, clinical triage, or cardiology practice environments.
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire or an active Compact/Multistate RN license.
- Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) is required at the time of submission.
