Job Description:
- Are you ready to make a profound impact on the lives of new families?
- Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a rewarding night shift position.
- Engage in the full spectrum of maternal care, from labor and delivery to postpartum and baby unit care.
- Enjoy the variety and challenge of floating to other units and managing overflow from the Progressive Care Unit.
- Work in a vibrant, community-focused environment within a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care for laboring patients and newborns.
- Collaborate with a passionate team of healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the highest standards of care and patient safety.
- Support new parents through their postpartum journey.
- Adapt to the dynamic nature of a critical access hospital.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Current certifications required: BLS, BCLS, PALS, NRP.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to compassionate patient care.
