Job Details:
• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Schedule includes various days of the week with weekend coverage required per unit needs
• On-call responsibilities required per unit needs
• Float within scope to meet facility needs between like units
• Minimum 5 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule required
• 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required with circulator experience for C-sections
• Experience in clinical leadership and desire to mentor RNs preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Required certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Intermediate (hard requirement - must have in hand or provide proof of enrollment)
• Colorado or compact RN license required
• Epic charting system experience
• Work in 10-bed unit with 5 Labor & Delivery and 5 Postpartum rooms
• Care for neonates and adults
• Maximum 10 RTO days approved per 13-week contract
• Complete facility-specific modules within first week of assignment
• Must be preclosed on housing prior to submission
