What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales and customer service; Applicant must currently be in an active Stores role with a minimum of 6 months experience
- Communication: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Math Skills: Basic math skills
- Flexibility: Work scheduled shift hours and over time as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with the latest technology and devices to better assist customers

The base pay for this position generally is between
$18.00 and $27.70. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$9,360.
