Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing at a facility near Springvale Township, MN.

Monday-Friday 7a-330p or 7- 5:30pm
Looking for local providers with open availability for 2 shifts per week.
5 ORs and 1 designated endoscopy suite.
Case mix includes ortho, ENT, GYN, general, endoscopy, podiatry, urology, and ophthalmology
Drive in/local providers highly preferred.
NBCRNA: Required.
MN license required. Compact Accepted.
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
Credentialing: 60 - 90 days.
$1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
