**Exciting Opportunity for Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse!**
**Job Description**
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Maintain knowledge and skills necessary for patient care reflecting age, ethnic origin, economic status, lifestyle, creed, or philosophical beliefs.
- Plan and develop care strategies based on comprehensive patient assessments.
- Assess patient conditions, set goals, and implement tailored nursing actions.
- Monitor and manage patients' self-reported symptoms of pain promptly and appropriately.
- Identify early signs of patient condition changes and take necessary actions.
- Report observations and reactions accurately to the multidisciplinary team members.
- Initiate and document discharge planning and patient education as early as possible.
- Delegate nursing interventions to qualified personnel while ensuring safety and competency.
- Collaborate effectively within the interdisciplinary care team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet department and organizational needs.
**Certification Requirements**
- Registered Nurse | North Dakota Board of Nursing or Compact State Agreement
- Basic Life Support (BLS) | American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) | American Heart Association
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) | American Academy of Pediatrics
- STABLE Certification | S.T.A.B.L.E.

- 3x12 Day/Night Rotation
