**Exciting Opportunity for Cardio Vascular Operating Room RN**
**Job Description:**
- Assignment Duration: 13-16 weeks
- Shift: 3 shifts of 12 hours (0645-1915)
- Call Requirements:
- One or two weekday calls (1900-0715)
- Flexibility needed to meet unit and patient care needs
- One full weekend of call every 5 weeks
**Qualifications:**
- BLS required; CNOR preferred
- Prior travel experience is essential
- Required to scrub heart surgeries
- General Operating Room experience is a must
- Large, academic teaching hospital experience required
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR RN experience
- High competency in Cardiovascular / Open Heart OR
- May need to float to other OR Suites (General, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, etc.)
- If floated, will be required to circulate, not scrub
- Epic experience required within the past 2 years (non-negotiable)
**Additional Information:**
- Monday to Sunday work week
- No block schedules allowed
- Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays
- Ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
- Must include complete work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) for submission
- Reliable transportation required, as public transportation is not accessible in the area
