- Weekly Gross Pay: $2,046
- Weekly Housing Stipend: $770
- Overtime Pay: $50/hour
- Weekly pay range: $2,046 (gross)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to inmates within a correctional setting.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Document all medical procedures and patient interactions thoroughly.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
- Experience in correctional healthcare or acute care preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently handle high-pressure situations.
Additional Skills:
- Prior correctional facility experience is a plus.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience in behavioral health or mental health nursing is advantageous.
- Flexibility to rotate shifts, including weekends and holidays.
