**Required Experience:**
- **Trauma Level I Experience:** Required
- **Certifications:**
- BLS (required)
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Vascular procedures
- Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair
- Arteriovenous fistula repair
- Carotid angioplasty
- Carotid artery stenting
- Carotid Endarterectomy
- Femoral popliteal bypass graft
- Gynecology procedures
- Plastics and reconstructive surgery
- Neurology procedures
- Orthopedic surgery
**Equipment/Instrumentation:**
- Familiarity with:
- Cell saver
- Electrosurgical units
- Fiber optic light sources/cords
- Hana Table
**Work Settings:**
- Ambulatory OR
- General OR
- Trauma
**Patient Ratios:**
- Days: 1 RN to 10 ST
- Nights: 1 RN to 1 ST
- Weekends: 1 RN to 3 ST
**Additional Information:**
- **Float Required:** Yes (across various units)
- **On-Call:** Yes (distributed equally every 6 weeks)
- **Pre-Approved Time Off:** 1 request
- **Orientation Hours:** 40
- **Patient Age Groups:** Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
- **Daily Census:** 25 cases
- **Interdisciplinary Support:** Includes Respiratory Services, Radiology, Pharmacy, etc.
- **Special Procedures Required:** Trauma, neuro, vascular, ortho experience preferred
