**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse - ICU
- **Travel Experience:** Required
- **Shift:** Night - 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- **Years of Experience:** 2 years preferred
- **Patient Ratios:**
- Days: 1:2
- Nights: 1:2
- Weekends: 1:2
- **Certifications:**
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - *Preferred*
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - *Preferred*
- **Skills:**
- IV therapy
- Arterial line management
- Blood product administration
- Central line care/management
- PICC line management
- Starting and maintaining IVs
- Chest tube insertion/removal assistance
- BiPAP/CPAP management
- Care of ventilated patients
- High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
- Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
- Ventilator management
- Management of renal issues
- Continuous IV sedation
- Procedural sedation administration/monitoring
- Titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips
- Management of CVA/acute stroke
- Phlebotomy
- Infection prevention and isolation precautions
- Cardiac monitoring and emergency response
- Pre/Post cardiac cath interventions
- Pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring
- **Daily Census:** 8 Patients
- **Number of Beds:** 10
