- Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure

**Patient Ratios:**
- Days: 1:10 RN - 6 ST
- Nights: 1:1 RN - 1 ST
- Weekends: 1:3 RN - 2 ST
**Additional Requirements:**
- Float Required (Queen, Petaluma Valley, Hillsberg)
- Call Required based on unit needs
- Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: Per unit needs
- Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 request
- Orientation Hours: 40
- Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
- Daily Census: 25 cases
- Interdisciplinary Support: Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Radiology, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Transportation, Unit Secretary
**Work with Diverse Patient Diagnoses:**
- Orthopedics (total joints and ortho trauma)
- Neurosurgery
- Vascular
- Robotics

**Special Procedures/Unit Details:**
- Seeking RNs with trauma, neuro, vascular, ortho experience
- Flexibility to cover one night shift within the contract if needed
- First-timers welcome!
- RTO must be included at the time of submission
