**Position Highlights:**
- **Specialty:** Operating Room
- **Shift:** Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
- **Years of Experience Required:** 3 years; preferred 5 years
- **Certification Required:** BLS
- **Charting System:** Epic
- **Patient Ratios:**
- Days: 1:10 RN, 6 ST
- Nights: 1:1 RN, 1 ST
- Weekends: 1:3 RN, 2 ST
**Your Skills:**
- Trauma Level I Experience
- Administration of blood & blood products
- Infection Control
- Universal Protocol (Time Out) Procedure
- Specialized Skills (preferred):
- Vascular Surgery
- Gynecology Procedures
- Orthopedic Surgeries
- Robotics Experience (Da Vinci Xi Surgical System preferred)
**Work Environment:**
- Supportive interdisciplinary teams including Respiratory Services, Radiology, and Rapid Response Teams
- Daily Census: Approximately 25 cases
**Flexibility and Growth:**
- Opportunity to float between like units
- Call required as per unit needs (distributed equally every 6 weeks)
- Potential for a variable start time (7:00 or 9:00)
- One night shift coverage may be required within the contract
