### ICU Night Shift Registered Nurse
**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- **Shift:** Night 4x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:00)
- **Experience Required:** Minimum of 2 years in ICU
- **Patient Ratios:**
- Days: 1:2
- Nights: 1:2
- Weekends: 1:2
- **Float Required:** Yes (May float to MS, Stepdown, PCU, ER, CVICU; capped at 4 patients maximum)
- **Weekend Shifts:** 6 weekend shifts per schedule period
- **Orientation Hours:** 24
- **Patient Age Groups:** Adults
- **Number of Rooms:** 32
- **Number of Beds:** 32
**Certifications (Preferred):**
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIHSS
**Skills (Preferred):**
- IV therapy
- Arterial line management
- Blood product administration
- Central line care/management
- PICC line management
- Starting and maintaining IVs
- Ventilator management
- Care of ventilated patients
- High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
- Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
- Infection prevention
- Cardiac monitoring and emergency response
