**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse (RN) in Emergency Department!**
**Job Description:**
- Be a vital part of the Emergency Room team, providing exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills to ensure safe delivery of care
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training
- Delegate patient care priorities effectively, based on staff education and experience
- Provide direction and supervision to personnel delivering patient care
- Work a DAY shift: 7AM - 7:30PM (3x12s) with potential for 48-hr. guarantee
- Start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
- Charge Nurse experience preferred (additional pay per hour)
- Flexibility to float to different areas as needed
- Join a facility with 38 beds, equipped for trauma level III, stroke receiving, and STEMI receiving capabilities
- Required: 2 years of RN experience
- Experience with Cerner EMR is a must
- Dress code: black scrubs
