**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department!**
- Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic Emergency Department?
- We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our Emergency Room patients.
- Utilize your critical thinking skills and scientific judgment as you apply the Nursing Process.
- Ensure safe delivery of care while adhering to the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Elevate your leadership potential by planning and anticipating patient care needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage in ongoing education to maintain clinical competencies and stay at the forefront of nursing practice.
- Exercise your delegation skills to prioritize patient care effectively, working alongside a talented team.
- Provide direction and supervision to personnel delivering patient care.
- Enjoy a 3x12 shift schedule from 7AM - 7:30PM, with a prompt start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance.
- Preference given to candidates with charge nurse experience, receiving an additional $3/hr.
- Flexibility to float as needed across departments.
- Work in a facility boasting 38 beds, ensuring a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Required experience: 2 years in an Emergency Department setting.
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR is essential for this role.
- Adhere to a professional dress code with black scrub colors.
- Join a certified Trauma Level III and Stroke and STEMI Receiving facility.
- NIH certification is recommended but not required.
