- Patient Ratio: Typical 5:1, with Avel tele-intensivist support for enhanced patient safety and care.
- Certifications: BLS and PALS are required; ensure you're ready to provide high-quality care.
- Role: Occasional charge nurse duties; step up and lead when needed!
- Bilingual skills are a plus, although not mandatory; connect with diverse patient populations.
- Be prepared for the possibility of pediatric admissions; expand your nursing experience!
