**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team as a Registered Nurse (RN)!**
**Position Description:**

- We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team!
- Bring your nursing expertise and compassion to a fast-paced environment where your skills are essential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in patient care.
- Lead and coordinate safe delivery of care while meeting the challenges of the Emergency Department environment.
- Maintain your clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Delegate patient care priorities effectively based on staff education and experience.
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
**Job Details:**
- Shift: DAYS, 7AM - 7:30PM (3x12s)
- Start: Within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
- Float Requirement: Must be willing to float as needed
- Bed Capacity: 38 beds
- Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- EMR System: Cerner - Experience required
- Dress Code: Black scrub colors
- Special Certifications:
- Trauma Level III Certified
- Stroke Receiving
- STEMI Receiving
- NIH certification recommended, but not required
