**Join Our Dynamic ICU Team!**
- **Position**: Registered Nurse - ICU
- **Experience Required**: 2-3 years in progressive ICU
- **Specialty**: Intensive Care Unit
- **Shift**: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
- **Patient Ratios**: 1:2 for ICU and IMC
- **Charge Experience**: Preferred
- **Charting System**: Epic preferred
- **LTAC Experience**: Preferred
- **Trauma Level II Experience**: Preferred
**Certifications** (Preferred):
- ACLS
- BLS
- CPI*
- NIHSS*
- PALS*
- TNCC*
**Key Skills** (Preferred):
- IV therapy
- Arterial line management
- Blood product administration
- Central line care/management
- PICC line management
- Ventilator management
- Care of ventilated patients
- Respiratory/Thoracic procedures
- Chronic/Acute renal failure management
**Additional Skills**:
- Infection prevention
- Cardiac monitoring and emergency response
- Management of dysrhythmias
- Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)*
- Continuous IV sedation
- Procedural sedation administration/monitoring
**Work Environment**:
- Surgical Intensive Care Unit
- Interdisciplinary support from Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Social Services, and more
**Patient Diagnoses**:
- ARDS
- Sepsis
- Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
- Overdose
- Post-op complications
- Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA)
- GI bleeds
- High-risk surgical patients
