**Join Our Team as an ICU Registered Nurse!**
**Job Description:**
- Are you a passionate Registered Nurse with ICU experience ready to make a real impact in a culturally rich community?
- We are seeking dynamic professionals like you to provide exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients in a 5-bed Intensive Care Unit.
- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse environment serving the Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute communities.
**Position Highlights:**
- **Experience Required:** Minimum of 3 years of ICUnursing experience.
- **Education:** Associate Degree in Nursing is a must.
- **Licensing:**
- Current valid unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN) in the United States.
- **Certifications Required (must maintain throughout employment):**
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association (to be completed within 6 months of hire)
- Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) (to be completed within 6 months of hire)
- National Institutes of Health (NIH) – NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) (to be completed within 6 months of hire)
- **Job Responsibilities:**
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the ICU.
- Floating to Emergency Department, Med/Surg, or Pediatrics as needed.
- Supporting and caring for individuals of all ages and their families during critical times.
- Performing various nursing care procedures while adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
- **Work Environment:**
