**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery!**
Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor & Delivery and take your career to new heights! If you are passionate about providing exceptional care to mothers and their newborns, this role is for you.
**Job Description:**
- Hold shift accountability for delivering comprehensive obstetrical care during:
- Antepartum
- Intrapartum
- Immediate postpartum
- Neonatal phases
- Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy.
- Demonstrate:
- Critical thinking skills
- Scientific judgment
- Leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Prior travel experience is required
- Must possess certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- NRP
- STABLE
- Fetal Monitoring
- Navy scrubs are required
