**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team as a Night Shift RN!**
- **Shift:** Nights, 7PM - 7AM
- **Start Date:** ASAP
**Are you ready to make a real difference in patient care? We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced Emergency Room team!**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality, efficient, and safe patient care
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals
- Ensure that each patient is treated with dignity and respect
**Qualifications:**
- Must hold a current New Mexico RN license or a current Compact state license
- Valid BLS Certification from AHA
- Valid ACLS Certification from AHA
- Valid PALS Certification from AHA (or ENPC)
- TNCC or ATCN Certification required
- CPI or Equivalent Preferred
**Weekend and On-Call Requirements:**
- Rotating weekend shifts (up to 2 per 4-week schedule)
- No scheduled on-call, but may be placed on call during low census periods
**Floating Requirement:**
- Staff may float to other areas as needed based on patient census or acuity
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Graduation from an accredited program for Registered Nursing
- Current knowledge and skills appropriate to the patient population served
- Effective communication with patients and families
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Capability to lift and position patients and equipment
- Clear visual and auditory skills, manual dexterity
