**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team as a Nights RN!**
- Exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting!
- Shift: Nights from 7 PM to 7 AM.
- Start date: ASAP!
- Focus on delivering high-quality patient care tailored to diverse age groups.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure efficient and safe patient care.
- Uphold the mission, philosophy, and goals of our organization with every interaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and implement patient care seamlessly.
- Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with respect and consideration.
- Participate in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for continuous learning.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Education: Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA are required.
- TNCC or ATCN certification is required; CPI preferred.
**Skills Required:**
- Strong communication skills appropriate to the developmental age of patients.
- Current knowledge of patient care specific to age/type of population served.
- Sensitivity to patients' rights in care delivery.
**Experience:**
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; we provide a supportive environment for growth!
**Working Environment:**
- Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases.
- Clean, well-lit, and ventilated environment.
- Flexibility due to unexpected schedule changes and emergencies.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Capability to handle emergency situations proficiently.
- Able to perform prolonged standing and walking.
- Heavy physical effort required for transferring patients and equipment.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor coordination essential.
