**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse - LDRPN - Nights!**
**Job Description:**

- We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team in a fast-paced environment!
**Location:** New Mexico
**Shift:** Nights, 7PM - 7AM
**Positions Available:** 2
**Start Date:** ASAP
**Required Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:**
- Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NRP certification
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead with integrity and compassion as you care for patients of all ages
- Conduct thorough assessments to establish and prioritize patient care needs
- Reassess patients systematically to track progress and identify trends
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient
- Make informed nursing decisions based on patient evaluations and outcomes
- Engage with patients and families in health education and discharge planning
- Perform timely interventions and document patient care accurately
- Carry out various Point of Care testing procedures
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current knowledge and skills suitable for the patient population served
- Knowledgeable about and sensitive to patients' rights
- Effective communicator, adapting to the developmental age of patients
**Experience:**
- Ideal for newly hired nurses with two or fewer years of experience
- Higher clinical ladder consideration for candidates with relevant experience, certifications, or further education
