Direct Hire Nurse Practitioner Role $104,000 to $167,000 per year in Hartford, Connecticut

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Provide advanced healthcare for infants through young adults, focusing on wellness, growth, and illness management, including (but not limited to) conducting physicals, performing exams, diagnosing conditions, and managing chronic illnesses
Collaborate with the medical director and supervising physician to deliver primary care commensurate with training to patients
Deliver care appropriate for an out-patient, primary care community health center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population

Qualifications:

Current, active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner in state of practice
Board Certified as an FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) or PNP (Pediatric Nurse Practitioner)
Strong, recent experience in Pediatrics
DEA licensure or ability to obtain DEA licensure
Relevant Master’s degree
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Bilingual in Spanish a huge plus!

Compensation and Schedule:

Compensation ranges from $103K - $160K and will be based on years of experience, skills, as well as other internal factors
Strong benefits and generous PTO
Eligibility for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program!
Monday - Friday schedule, no weekends or evenings!
