Direct Hire Registered Nurse Role $46.47 per hour in Sewell, New Jersey

Clinical Magnet, a division of Icon Medical Network, is looking for Emergency Department Registered Nurses (RN) to join our partner's team near Washington Township, NJ. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assesses patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled and/or as needed, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to educate patient and their support system.
• Analyzes, modifies, and implements strategies to progress the patient through their plan of care.
• Ensures completion of nursing interventions, medical orders, and other related therapies.
• Prioritizes job duties according to patients' needs and changing acuity levels.

Key Requirements:
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in New Jersey
• BSN preferred but not required
• At least 1+ years of recent Emergency Department RN experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation and Schedule:
• Pay rates begin at $46.47
• Comprehensive benefits plan
