TravelNurseSource is working with Adelphi Medical Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Woodsville, New Hampshire, 03785!

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night (8, 10, or 12 hours)
Rate: 45.9

Requirements:

Must hold active RN license in practicing state.
ER or acute care background preferred.
Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
- Triage and assess all patients upon arrival.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
- Monitor patient status and report changes immediately.

Documentation & Safety:
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and records.
- Communicate changes to physicians and team members.
- Educate patients and families on treatment/followup.
- Participate in ER safety and quality improvement.
