Are you a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist looking for a supportive, patient-focused practice where you can truly thrive? Whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time, we would love to meet you.

We are a well-established, private general dentistry practice with a close-knit team and a genuinely positive work environment. Quality care is our priority. You’ll have one hour or more per patient, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and deliver care without feeling rushed.

Our office uses advanced technology, including AI-supported workflows, laser therapy, digital scanning, and in-office milling, to enhance both patient care and team efficiency. We are committed to creating a healthy, respectful workplace where every team member feels valued, supported, and heard.

• Flexible scheduling with a bi-weekly rotation (Monday–Thursday one week, Tuesday–Friday the next)

Who We’re Looking For
• A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist in Washington
• Friendly, outgoing, and patient-centered
• Strong communicator who enjoys building rapport with patients
• Comfortable in a collaborative, team-based environment
• Experience with restorative procedures is a plus, but not required
• Open to learning and growing within a modern practice

Core Responsibilities
• Provide thorough cleanings, scaling, polishing, and preventative care
• Educate patients on oral health and hygiene
• Take digital X-rays and impressions
• Apply fluoride and sealants
• Assist with screenings and periodontal monitoring
• Help maintain a positive, welcoming patient experience
