RESPONSIBILITIES & FACILITY DETAILS Physical Therapist (PT)

100% Outpatient
No Call or weekends
1:1 patient care and approximately see 12 patients daily
100% focused on quality and patient satisfaction
Optional 3-5 day work week

COMMUNITY Physical Therapist (PT)
