$20,000 Sign-On Bonus
$10,000 Relocation

FM Residency Program Director
60% Clinical 40% Admin
4/10 Schedule
Outpatient
1:9 Call – Phone Call only
2 Patients per Clinical hour

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)

MD/DO
Must be Board Certified
Licensed or must acquire PA license
Leadership and training experience
