Sport Clips Haircuts is Hiring a Salon Manager! Do What You Love. Love What You Do.

Position Overview

Looking for a Salon Manager in our University City Sport Clips salon to bring us to new heights. You will be managing daily operations, coaching stylists and barbers, and delivering top-tier guest experiences. You’ll be the heartbeat of a team dedicated to building a massive, loyal clientele—ideally with prior Sport Clips know-how experience, but more importantly with drive and leadership.

Compensation

You can expect to earn between $28–$36 ($56,000 @40 hrs/wk) per hour (base pay, tips, and incentives included), with upside potential as the salon grows.

What We’re Looking For

* Valid Missouri cosmetology or barber license
* Proven salon leadership experience—Sport Clips management background preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A passion for outstanding customer service
* Ability to work evenings and weekends
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
