Job Description:

The Tele RN in the Telemetry unit is responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and ensuring accurate documentation. The role requires a nurse who can handle complex cases with expertise and deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

Must start in March
0-5 days of RTO (no holidays)
Must have 2+ years of tele experience
