TravelNurseSource is working with Thrive Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Decatur, Texas, 76234!

Job Title: TRAVEL - RN Med Surg (610) / MC Decatur / 7P-7A

City/State: Decatur, Texas

Shift: 19:00-07:00, Nights

Contract Length: 12 weeks

Start Date: 03/16/2026

Job Description:

Provide nursing care for patients in a Med Surg unit, working night shifts.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients
Float to inpatient rehab, ED, PCU as needed
Perform typical procedures such as abdominal surgeries and orthopedic trauma repairs

Requirements:

Telemetry experience
Med Surg experience
ACLS, BLS, and NIHS certifications
