Job Description:
The RN in Labor and Delivery is responsible for working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to mothers and their newborns during labor and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patient conditions during labor and delivery.
- Administer medications and assist with pain management techniques.
- Coordinate and facilitate patient care with OB/GYN physicians and anesthesia services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans for both mothers and newborns.
Requirements:
- Current RN License
- Certifications: ACLS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, BLS, NRP
- Prior experience in Labor and Delivery preferred
