Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Food Service Team Member to join our team at
Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. As a Food Service Team Member, you will display a positive attitude with guests and co-workers while accurately ringing up merchandise and product in an efficient manner.

What will you do?
- Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding available products and services
- Assist with daily operational procedures including setup, opening, and closing duties; organize inventory and promptly report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Take and fulfill guest orders promptly and accurately, including scooping ice cream and preparing menu items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift
- Accurately record all transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system including handling credit cards and providing correct change to guests as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory
- Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders
Physical requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for the entire length of shift
- Frequent standing, bending, stooping, carrying, walking, sitting, and reaching
- Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
- May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold
